A HOMEMAKER has revealed the natural ingredients to create her easy-to-make laundry detergent.

She said it saves money and is free of any harmful toxins or chemicals usually found in store-bought detergent.

TikToker Audrie Thomas (@audrie.creates) is a DIY pro who wants to help others “elevate” their living experiences at home.

“While being both cost-effective and void of any harmful toxins or chemicals often found in store-bought detergent, it is super easy to make,” she said.

You only need four ingredients for this hack.

The first is one-and-a-half cups of sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda. It’s a natural softener.

The second is one-and-a-half cups of sodium carbonate, which is washing soda. It works as a natural cleaner and water softener.
