LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Firefighters with Shively Fire and Rescue helped put out a fire Monday morning at a local oil company.
The fire department said crews responded to AAK Louisville on 7th Street Road around 5:45 a.m. Once on scene, they found a food grade cooking oil leaking from a malfunctioning gasket on a tank.
Hazmat teams were called in due to a small hydrogen leak as well.
Crews put out the flames, and no one was hurt.
