Farm Fresh Market opens in Red Bridge Shopping Center [Video]

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – After much anticipation from Red Bridge residents, the new Farm Fresh Market opens its doors.

Just in time for holiday shopping, the official grand opening ceremony was held on December 18 with Mayor Quinton Lucas on hand.

One of the grocery store’s owners, Moe Muslet, said the supermarket opened because of a post on X from Kansas City Mayor, Quinton Lucas. In the post, the mayor prioritizes a new grocery store in place of the former Sun Fresh Market. When the new owners saw this post, they jumped on the opportunity.

“When he seen that, my partner reached out to the mayor and we made the deal happen,” Muslet said. “The people in the Red Bridge community had to drive two, three miles or even farther to get to a grocery store, to get fresh food. Now we’re going to be the spot for them.”
