Convicted killer Alex Murdaugh’s former home back up for sale [Video]

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Moselle, the former Colleton County estate of convicted killer Alex Murdaugh is once again on the market. This time, the home and just over 48 acres of land is listed with Brown Land + Plantation Advisors for $2.75 million.

Moselle has been on the market twice before and an auction of the Murdaugh family’s belongings from the estate was held after Alex Murdaugh was convicted in March 2023 of murdering his wife Maggie and youngest son Paul in June 2021. The original 1,700-acre property was sold in March 2023 for $2.6 million to a pair of buyers who then subdivided the property. 

In October 2023, Moselle, along with 21 acres of land, was back on the market being promoted as a “family residence or compound” where a buyer could engage in “equestrian pursuits, a hobby farm, or just a weekend retreat destination.” The property eventually sold in …
