Catholic School teacher charged with providing alcohol to minors [Video]

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville Catholic school teacher is charged for allegedly providing alcohol to her students, according to an arrest citation.

Documents say in August the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) got a report about an incident that happened in July. 

They say 27-year-old Grace Barnes was driving students home from a game when they stopped at a store for alcohol. 

A 14-year-old student said they and several other Holy Trinity Catholic School students were with Barnes when she stopped at a business on 2720 Taylorsville Road and bought two 12 packs of Twisted Tea alcoholic beverages. 

The student also said Barnes provided cups for the drinks to students, according to the arrest citation.
