James Gunns’ Superman trailer released, revealing glimpse of Macon location [Video]

MACON, Ga. — James Gunn’s new Superman movie trailer dropped, and Macon is front and center.

The movie, which had some scenes filmed in Macon, recently released its first trailer, which offers the first glimpse at Macon’s place in the film: the home of the Daily Planet newspaper that Clark Kent (A.K.A. Superman) works at when he is not out saving the world. 

The ornate Terminal Station in the heart of downtown Macon has been transformed into a bustling newsroom, trading benches for desks where journalists on deadline are hard at work.

Seated at one of the desks, is the one and only Clark Kent, played by David Corenswete.

Corenswete is playing the lead as Superman for the first time in Gunn’s take on the character, and love interest Lois Lane is portrayed by Rachel Brosnahan, who was also featured in …
