Man arrested in connection to Racine courthouse bomb threat [Video]

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday it has made an arrest in connection to a bomb threat that shut down the county courthouse this week. According to a news release, deputies arrested 29-year-old Devone Kessler of Racine. Officials said Monday’s threat was tied to a phone number in Alberta, Canada; however, investigators later tied it to a company that provides an app that sells telephone numbers that are supposed to be difficult to trace.
