JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence said Sunday on X following the team’s loss against the Texans that he’s “feeling better.” This, all after he was carted off of the field at EverBank Stadium, exiting the game in the 2nd quarter with a concussion.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out / been praying for me. I’m home and feeling better. Means a lot, thank you all🙌,” Lawrence said in a post on his X page.
The Jags’ quarterback suffered the head injury at the 4:14 mark in the 2nd quarter when he escaped the pocket to his left before sliding at the first down line.
