Tom Brady Works Out Shirtless, Adds This Exercise to His Routine [Video]

Retirement isn’t stopping Tom Brady from taking his workouts seriously.

Brady, 47, posted an Instagram on Monday, Sept. 23, revealing his workouts these days, including the surprising new addition of swimming. 

The Fox Sports’ lead color commentator posed shirtless poolside on a plyometric box in the backyard of his Miami home. In the first picture, he’s smiling with his ​​white Nobull drive mesh sneakers on the box near his weight and workout bands.

The second photo includes the seven-time Super Bowl champion freestyle swimming in the expansive pool. His final image captures him in the middle of his workout at the top of the box.

“Color analysts have to stay in shape too! Added some swimming into the workout routine this year… great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once,” he wrote in the caption. 

Brady added his exact workout as well: “4×100 free; 4×25 fast, 25 recovery; 2×200 free; 20x Weighted step up; 20x Heavy resistance …
