The One Show’s Alex Jones warns ‘prepare yourselves’ as BBC star bursts into tears [Video]

The One Show viewers were offered an urgent warning from Welsh host Alex Jones as she said: “Prepare yourselves.”

Alex said: “Now we love featuring stories on The One Show about people who do incredible things for others.” As Roman chimed in: “Here’s a truly heartwarming story of a group of volunteers who provide closure when things are left unfinished.”

Alex then went on to warn: “But I would prepare yourself, because it’s a bit of an emotional ride, isn’t it, this one?”
