Disqualified motorist caught by police driving home from court | News [Video]

A disqualified motorist drove home from court – and gave police a ridiculous reason for doing so. Steven Luck, 39, from Darlington, was banned from driving for 28 months and handed fines at Peterlee Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (1 October) for drink driving. Following his disqualification, Luck was seen getting into his car outside court to travel home. Luck was followed by officers. This video shows him telling officers: I didnt know it starts straight away, does it? Within 30 minutes of leaving court he was back in police custody. Luck was sentenced to eight weeks in prison and a further 12-month driving ban.

FOR COMMENT, AND WE ARE WAITING TO HEAR BACK. WORCESTER POLICE HAVE NOW IDENTIFIED THE VICTIM AND THE GUNMAN KILLED IN YESTERDAYS SHOOTINGS. POLICE SAY UVAA PEREZ WAS SHOT IN HIS FRONT YARD YESTERDAY, RIGHT AFTER 2:00. HE WORKED AS A BARBER AND HIS LANDLORD SAYS THAT HE RECENTLY MOVED INTO THE HOME WITH HIS WIFE AND HIS TWO DAUGHTERS. POLICE HAVE NOT COMMENTED ON A MOTIVE, BUT WITNESSES SAY THE GUNMAN WAS SEEN FLEEING WITH A WAD OF CASH. POLICE HAVE ALSO NAMED THE SHOOTER 41 YEAR OLD FELIX RIVERA. THEY SAY AFTER HE SHOT PEREZ, HE TOOK OFF EVENTUALLY ENDING UP ON NEARBY ROUTE 190 TRYING TO CARJACK PEOPLE AT GUNPOINT. WORCESTER AND STATE POLICE CHASED HIM A
