Dont wait until bad weather hits to try to add your school or business to the system.The request should be on company, school district, agency or church letterhead. Indicate on the request the people (a primary contact and secondary contact) who are authorized to report the closing, their contact information, and indicate the number of people you employ or serve. Keep in mind we will not take closings for schools or businesses that are not in our system.IMPORTANT: In your request, please include your fax number and a business mailing address, office number for contact. We also need home and/or cell numbers for the contacts in case there is a question during a severe weather event when you are not in the office.After you have been entered into the system, you will receive emailed instructions explaining how to use our automated web-based or automated phone system to report closings and delays.Some guidelines:Businesses need to have 100 employees or moreMedical practices must have more than one doctor to be listedDay care centers should serve more than 25 childrenPlease do not e-mail closingsTO ENTER A CLOSINGOnline is the best way for administrators to make changes to their institutions via the web. The website is http://wyff.reportclosing.com Your User Code and Passcode are required to access your information. First time users should test the codes after receiving the email to become familiar with the process and available options. DO NOT SAVE TEST CHANGES. ADDITIONAL NOTESThe Administrator listed should be the person in charge of making the closing decision.
