Lovesac CEO Shawn Nelson Shares a Key Leadership Tactic to Embrace [Video]

Shawn Nelson is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded furniture and home decor brand Lovesac in 1998. Serving as Lovesac’s CEO, Nelson has helped to grow the business from humble beginnings (operating out of his parent’s basement) into a $700 million-plus organization. During that journey, Nelson picked up many lessons along the way, which he has chronicled in his new book, “Let Me Save You 25 Years: Mistakes, Miracles, and Lessons From the Lovesac Story.”
