Huskies 1 win away from winning season [Video]

STORRS, CT (WFSB) – The Huskies took care of their home business, winning six of their seven home games.

Their six wins makes UConn bowl eligible but doesn’t guarantee an invite.

But one more win in the last three scheduled, all on the road, will give them their first winning since 2010.

Head coach Jim Mora isn’t ready to go there just yet.

“It’s dangerous to focus on that,” Mora said. “The most important thing you can do is the work. How we can be our very best that day, that practice, practicing a certain play, or a certain part of the defense. I just feel like that’s the most important way for us to have a chance to get that seventh win. How do we get to be great today and get that one win.
