‘General Hospital’ Alum Scott Reeves Is Returning to the Soap After 11 Years [Video]

Scott Reeves couldn’t be more thrilled to revisit Port Charles.

The actor, who returns to General Hospital for several episodes starting Thursday, Oct. 24, will reprise the role of Steven Webber, whom he previously played from 2009 to 2013.

Filming the episode proved to be a positively nostalgic experience, as Reeves told TV Insider on Wednesday, Oct. 9: “It was like coming home.”

“I got to work the first day and it was early in the morning. It was just so weird driving up to Prospect [Studios] and going through the guard gate,” he continued. “Literally, from the moment I drove in, I was like, ‘Wasn’t it just a week ago that I left and I was pulling out of there?'”

It helps that Reeves received a warm welcome from one of his castmates Rick Hearst, who plays Ric Lansing.
