Fatal crash in Jefferson County leaves two dead [Video]

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – A single-vehicle crash Monday evening has left two dead.

The accident occurred near U.S. 30 and Gravois just after 6 p.m. Both the driver and passenger were ejected from the car.

The driver, Nancy Callaway, 64, died at the scene. Passenger Lindsay Matney, 42, was transported to Mercy South Hospital and later pronounced dead.

According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and overturned, ejecting both occupants.
