Escape to the Country: Potential buyer is ‘lost for words’

Escape to the Country buyers were left gobsmacked after discovering their dream home was within their planned budget. During Tuesday’s (November 5) episode of the BBC series, presenter Jules Hudson undertook the task to assist a newly-engaged couple in moving from their Victorian end-terrace dwelling in a Cheshire village to the countryside.

Business consultant Emma and partner Robin, who is an expert in property refurbishment, were determined to lay down roots together in rural Northumberland.
