‘Disaster Outreach Centers’ open in Randolph and Delaware counties for tornado victims [Video]

SELMA, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Small Business Administration opened “Disaster Loan Outreach Centers” on Wednesday for residents who were impacted by the March 14 tornadoes in Delaware and Randolph counties.

According to Indiana DHS, residents who suffered damage from the storm can ask questions related to their recovery and receive one-on-one assistance connecting with relevant resources.

It has now been almost three weeks since a tornado swept through the area. While most of the debris has been picked up, many homes still need to be repaired or to be rebuilt entirely.

“The last three weeks have been very emotional, but also very heartwarming,” said homeowner Cindy Cox.
