Friday evening marked the first real wave of out-of-staters making their way to our region for Monday’s total solar eclipse.With potentially up to 75,000 visiting the Queen City, local Burlington restaurants have been anticipating this weekend for months.Honey Road on Church Street opened up their reservation slots for this weekend in early March.In one day, they filled up all their availabilities.Nearby neighbor Pascolo is taking an all hand-on deck approach for this weekend.”Honestly, I say today we were like ‘okay we’re going to get busy, we’re going to get a push,” said Ciara Mead, one of the Pascolo managers.They’re bringing in extra staffing to meet the demands.Tim Halverson is the owner of E.B.
