A Place In The Sun returned to Channel 4 on Monday (April 29) and saw Jasmine Harman attempt to find house another dream home.

House hunters Heidi Dockerill and Keith Ashcroft from Nottinghamshire their dream home in Southern Alicante and viewers were divided about the outcome. The couple had a budget of £170,000 to buy their perfect property although they had some wriggle room to go £40,000 higher.

They wanted a lot of bang for their buck as they required a lot of space. Between them they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren as well as their dogs Purdey and Caesar who would all need to fit in the property.

Although they had nit-picked things in the proeprties they were shown they seemed to have settled on two organising a second viewing of both. However the property that had stood out was one that was known as the upside down house which was on the market for £222,500.
