ITS HIS WAY, HE SAYS, TO THANK OFFICERS ONE LAST TIME. I HOPE IT LEADS TO FAMILIES REALIZE HOW MUCH THE COMMUNITY REALLY APPRECIATES THEIR SACRIFICE.
