Family of missing 15-year-old missing in Greenville Co. speaks out [Video]

GREENVILLE COUNTY S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Upstate family is searching for a missing teen in Greenville County.

The family tells FOX Carolina 15-year-old Alexis Grace James was last seen on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 10:30 p.m. on a home security camera and after posting a Snapchat story near Reedy River Falls.

According to the family, she suffers from autism and ADHD.

James has a history of running away for 24 hours, but now the family said they are very worried since she has not taken her medication in four days.

FOX Carolina has reached out to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
