WWE legend Jim Ross has called for someone to be ‘fired’ after a photo was leaked online showing wrestlers rehearsing for Monday Night Raw.
The 72-year-old broadcaster, who worked for WWE for over 20 years before joining rival company AEW in 2019, has weighed in after fans got a rare glimpse behind the scenes.
For as long as there has been professional wrestling, the notion of ‘kayfabe’ has existed, which is now used as the idea of maintaining the illusion of reality around the business.
The unsourced image appeared online showing wrestlers including rivals GUNTHER and Randy Orton talking at ringside, while Triple H and Drew McIntyre were seen talking on the ramp.
Also in the snap were members of the Wyatt Sicks out of character, with other crew and superstars around, while it’s unclear who took and leaked the picture.
