ROSEVILLE, Calif. — A new housing community is under development in Roseville.
Woodside Homes said it’s building a 135-lot community along Horse Trail Road near Rex Fortune Elementary School. It’s called Summerfield.
Prices for homes start around $529,900 with up to four bedrooms. There are two one-story designs and there are three two-story designs. The homes are customizable and can include work-from-home spaces among other options. Homes range in size from 1,359 to 2,312 square feet.
People could move in by the end of the year.
The new housing community is located in Roseville’s Sierra Vista master-planned community. The Sierra Vista Specific Plan includes 8,679 single and multi-family units west of Fiddyment Road and north of Baseline Road.
