As a huge fan of speed-reading (and listening, and watching, and talking), I’ve been practicing how to get through information quicker and quicker my whole life. While I’m pretty confident in my ability to skim through text super-fast, when it comes to actually understanding it, that is a different matter.
When speed-reading hard texts I’m limited by my tiredness, quickly drifting focus and ability to actually comprehend what is going on. Here’s how I train my brain, my focus and my eyes to overcome those problems, read and learn a lot quicker 🙂
