Water project impacts small businesses in Madison [Video]

MADISON, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – This week, leaders in Madison celebrated the city’s connection to the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System.

Madison is the final South Dakota city to connect to the project, a process that has spanned three decades.
