What’s left of the morning’s showers and storms have mostly exited to the east as of late morning, and we’re expecting at least a several-hour period of drier conditions for most of us.
This break could include some sunshine in areas this afternoon, especially south and west, which should help push our temperatures into the low to mid 80s for most. Dew points will also be high again today, reaching the low to mid 70s and falling into the sweltering category on the Muggy Meter.
