PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Thirteen years later, an Ashland cold case is still unsolved.
On Nov. 19, 2011, 23-year-old David Michael Grubbs was attacked on his way home from work.
Vigil for Melissa Jubane meant to ‘spread joy, love, light’
By the time authorities arrived, Grubbs was dead.
