The first River Bend Growth Association Small Business of the Month Award for 2015 was presented to Susan Berry, Executive Director of Toddle Towne Learning Center in East Alton, Illinois. The award was presented by Joell Aguirre, Director of Business Development for the Growth Association, along with Amy Schaake, Co-chair of the Associations Awards Committee.
