We were supposed to close on this property Thursday or Friday last weekend.”When Scott checked on the property after the rain stopped, he found flood damage throughout the home.”We’re discouraged,” Scott said. “But we’re going to stay here.”While Scott is not ready to give up on his dreams, people in the community are not giving up either.
