Dingley Press said it completed a $17 million expansion in 2017 to add capacity.
WELCOME BACK. IF YOU SEE FLASHING LIGHTS WHILE DRIVING, YOU SHOULD SLOW DOWN OR MOVE OVER BECAUSE ITS THE LAW. BUT THAT DOESNT ALWAYS HAPPEN. ONCE EVERY SIX DAYS. A FIRST RESPONDER DIES FROM DRIVERS WHO DONT FOLLOW THAT RULE. OUR WVTM 13 ZOE BLAIR HAS MORE ON HOW A LOCAL MANS DEATH IS SPARKING CHANGE AND CREATING HARSHER PENALTIES FOR PEOPLE WHO BREAK THAT RULE. 25 YEAR OLD TOW TRUCK DRIVER JOHN HUBBARD WAS HELPING A STRANDED CAR ON THE SIDE OF INTERSTATE 2059 WHEN HE WAS TRAGICALLY HIT AND KILLED IN 2016. JOHN LOVED THIS JOB AND JOHN ALSO. JOHN ALSO WAS VERY MUCH AWARE OF THE DANGERS OF THE JOB, AND HE WAS VERY MUCH INTO THIS SLOW DOWN, MOVE OVER MOVEMENT WHEN THAT HAPPENED. JASON HUBBARD LOST HIS BIG BROTHER EVERY YEAR SINCE JOHNS DEATH, LOCAL TOW TRUCK DRIVERS HAVE HELD A SLOWDOWN. MOVE OVER RALLY IN HOPES THAT MORE PEOPLE WILL MOVE OVER. JASON SAYS WHATEVER IS TAKING YOUR EYES OFF THE ROAD CAN WAIT. PAY ATTENTION. YOU KNOW THAT TEXT MESSAGE AINT WORTH PUTTING A FAMILY THROUGH. WHAT YOU KNOW WEVE HAD TO GO THROUGH FOR EIGHT YEARS AND YOU KNOW, ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT WHEN YOURE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND YOU SEE FLASHING LIGHTS OF ANY COLOR. SLOW DOWN, MOVE OVER. ITS THE LAW. AND ITS BEEN THAT WAY FOR QUITE SOME TIME. LEGISLATION PASSED EARLIER THIS YEAR IS IMPOSING HARSHER PUNISHMENTS ON DRIVERS WHO DONT FOLLOW THOSE RULES. THATS BECAUSE OF JOHN HUBBARDS STORY. JASON SAYS THE JOHN HUBBARD MOVE OVER ACT MEANS A LOT TO HIS FAMILY. THEY DID GET IT PASSED TO BE ABLE TO, YOU KNOW, TO GIVE MY MOTHER AT LEAST THAT RELIEF. KEVIN GOODYEAR OWNS SEVERAL TOWING COMPANIES AND KNEW JOHN HUBBARD PERSONALLY. HE HELPED GET THE LAW PASSED BECAUSE HE KNOWS JUST HOW DANGEROUS IT IS. EVERY TIME ONE OF HIS DRIVERS RESPONDS TO A CALL. ITS VERY DANGEROUS PLACE TO BE. THE LITTLE WHITE LINE THERE IS, IS, YOU KNOW, THATS LIFE AND DEATH RIGHT THERE. THAT LITTLE FOUR INCHES OVER 150 TRUCKS DROVE FROM HUEYTOWN TO TUSCALOOSA TO HELP ENCOURAGE DRIVERS TO SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OV
