Hi. Yeah, you guys asked me so many questions about your credit. And this next question from our viewer, Tony has come up several times with many of you. She says I already froze my credit over the last few days. I also check my credit reports routinely. Does it pay for me to invest in *** credit monitoring program? Let’s explain what credit monitoring programs can and can’t do. They can watch over all of your credit reports and immediately alert you to changes. Those changes would include things like new accounts being opened, your name, an address change on your credit file, but they can’t stop identity theft from happening altogether because credit monitoring is just that monitors it. They alert you to suspicious activity so you can address it. So when are credit monitoring services worth paying for one? You’ve already been the victim of identity theft and you need to be extra vigilant with round the clock monitoring two. If you know you aren’t checking your credit reports that often and you’re willing to pay for the convenience of having them do it to get your money’s worth. Make sure you’re looking at services that monitor all three credit bureaus that’s Experian Equifax and Transunion. That way you’re covered at each if you’re paying for *** service that’s only looking at Experian, for example, and there’s potential fraud on the Transunion one you’re still exposed. So make sure they check for all three. Also look for services that include identity theft insurance as an added layer of protection, aa um identity guard and Lifelock or you’ve probably heard of Lifelock seen the commercials. There are *** few that we found that are pretty highly reviewed. Tony. We hope that helps if you’re at home and you have *** question for me. Email me any time Rawson responds at hearst.com. We try to get to everything back to you.

What happened: Apple is pausing U.S. sales of two Apple Watch models. Why is this happening: An intellectual property dispute over a new feature caused the pause. What happens next: You have until Christmas Eve if youre looking to get one of the two Apple Watch models impacted by the pause.Apple is pausing sales of the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2, two of their newest models of Apple Watches. This pause is related to an intellectual property dispute over the Blood Oxygen feature on both models, which would restrict Apples ability to sell products that use the feature. The dispute is between Apple and a medical technology company called Masimo, which is based in Irvine, California. Apple said customers have until 3 p.m. EST on Thursday if theyre looking to buy one of the impacted models online, and Apple retail locations will stop selling both models after Christmas Eve. As of right now, theres no timetable on how long the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 will be unavailable for purchase in the United States. According to CNN, Apple said a review period with the International Trade Commission regarding the devices is in progress. “While the review period will not end until Dec. 25, Apple is preemptively taking steps to comply should the ruling stand,” the company said in a statement. It added: “Apple strongly disagrees with the order and is pursuing a range of legal and technical options to ensure that Apple Watch is available to customers.”Can I still buy the Apple Watch Series 9 at places like Amazon and Walmart?According to CNET, the order affects sales of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 through Apple specifically, meaning you can still buy both products at retailers like Amazon and Walmart after Christmas Day. However, because Apple won’t be able to import the watches, that means those watches still in stock at retailers are only in stock for a limited time. If youre looking to get either version, its best to buy them now as opposed to later as once the supply finishes at retailers, you wont be able to get the Apple Watch Series 9 or Apple Watch Ultra 2 until the pause has been lifted. Can I still buy other Apple Watch models during the pause?Yes you can. The Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 are the only versions that have the Blood Oxygen feature that is impacting their availability to the market. Models like the Apple Watch SE and even the first version of the Apple Watch Ultra will still be available for purchase at Apple retail stores and other online retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart.
