STUDENTS ACROSS VERMONT COMPLETED THEIR FIRST DAY OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. FOR KIDS AT BURLINGTON HIGH — THEY’LL HAVE TO FOLLOW NEW CELL PHONE PROCEDURES. STARTING THIS YEAR… THE HANDHELD DEVICES CAN NO LONGER BE USED IN THE CLASSROOM. IF A STUDENT IS CAUGHT USING THEIR PHONE, IT’LL BE HELD AT THE MAIN OFFICE UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY.
