WE SPOKE TO SPECTRUM AND RECEIVED A STATEMENT THAT READS IN PART, QUOTE CREDITS ARE BEING APPLIED AND IF CUSTOMERS HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR CREDITS, THEY SHOULD CONTACT US AND OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS DIRECTLY. SUDDERTH SAYS AFTER SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENDING HIS SUBSCRIPTION MONTHS AGO, HE STILL GETTING BILLS. BUT IM STILL GETTING BILLS. THEY DIDNT. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THAT I DONT HAVE SERVICE ANYMORE. NOW HES HOPING FOR MORE TRANSPARENCY. HONESTLY, I THINK THE BEST THING THEY COULD DO IS JUST WIPE EVERYBODYS SLATE CLEAN AND SAY WE ABSOLUTELY SCREWED UP AND WERE NOT GOING TO HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE.
