A Queensland mansion that’s hosted a string of Hollywood royalty has sold at auction in a $9.7m mega deal.
The celebrity digs on the Gold Coast hosted director Baz Luhrmann, actors Amber Heard, Jude Law and Priyanka Chopra, and business magnate Elon Musk.

Amir Prestige Group principal Amir Mian took the property at 3 Kootingal St, Ashmore to auction over the weekend at the agency’s spring auction event.
The sale smashed the previous suburb record of $5.15m, paid for 5 Kootingal St, Ashmore in 2022.
