AUSTIN, Texas — A longtime Austin software company has quietly relocated to North Texas.
Filings show E2open, which creates supply chain management software for inventory and demand planning, left The Arboretum area for the Dallas suburb of Addison last fall.
Founded in 2000, E2open moved its headquarters to Austin in 2015. It eventually went public in 2021. According to the Austin Business Journal, the organization connects more than 480,000 manufacturers, logistics and distribution companies to a network that tracks more than 16 billion transactions every year.
Before its move, records from February 2024 show E2open had 3,971 full-time employees worldwide across 21 corporate offices, one of which was located in Dallas.
