Sky says sorry to TV users as it rushes to fix annoying Netflix glitch [Video]

If you have a Sky Q box in your house and are struggling to binge on Netflix boxsets you are not alone. It appears that some gremlins are currently affecting these hugely popular set-top devices and it’s stopping homes from being able to launch the much-loved streaming app. When trying to access Netflix, some are simply seeing a red spinning circle that won’t go away.

It’s highly annoying with Sky Q users now taking to online forums and social media to complain about the issues. One user called Karen said, “Is there a fault with Netflix?? I’ve been unable to watch for 3 evenings.” Whilst another, called Copper, added, “Netflix won’t load. Just red circle spinning.”

Sky has now confirmed that it is aware of the bug and is working hard to release a fix as soon as possible.
