AS YOU HAVE SEEN OVERNIGHT, THE STORM ACTUALLY MOVED A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN WAS PREDICTED ON A PATH FROM VALDOSTA TO AUGUSTA, WHICH IF YOU WERE IN THAT PATH OR CERTAINLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DIRTY SIDE OF THAT STORM, IT WAS A VERY HARD HIT. THE REST OF THE STATE ON THE WEST SIDE OR LEFT SIDE OF THE STORM, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT UNSCATHED, THEY WEREN’T TAKING THE BRUNT THAT A LOT OF OTHER FOLKS DID WITH THE HIGH WINDS. EVEN THOUGH WE’VE HAD A LOT OF FLOODING IN METRO ATLANTA AND OTHER PLACES AROUND THE AROUND THE STATE, BUT WE CAUGHT A LITTLE BIT OF A BREAK FOR SOME PARTS OF THE STATE IN THAT REGARD.
