The solution is to see things as objectively as possible. Check your cognitive distortions:

📐 Errors of size: is it bigger or smaller than I’m thinking?
⏰ Errors of time: Is it longer or shorter than I’m thinking?
👉 Errors of blame: is it up to me or someone else?

So, the next time you find yourself in this situation, identify which case you are in, ask yourself that question, and remember to see things as they are! 🔥
