Rivian receives incentive to expand in Illinois [Video]

Electric vehicle maker Rivian hit the brakes on a massive Georgia factory project in March, but the company is full speed ahead on its Illinois plant. Rivian has just secured more than $800 million in funding to expand its operations there.
