FOX23 reported last week about Hyatt’s nightmare to get her horse, Drifters Patti, home.
Earlier this month Hyatt’s rescue horse was on its way to its new home in New York when the trailer crashed near Checotah.
Hyatt said Drifters Patti suffered injuries from the crash.
“It’s horrifying; the pictures. They don’t even do it justice to actually see it in person,” said Hyatt.
Morgan Towing towed the mangled trailer and the seven surviving horses, saying they wouldn’t release them until the owners paid a fee.
“I saw the Facebook post where they claim the owners would not have to pay to come get their horses. I have screenshots of everything. They blocked me from their Facebook,” said Hyatt.
Currently, it appears that Morgan towing deleted their Facebook page.
Before its deletion, Morgan towing posted a statement which read:
