Pathways Home is a 5-year plan to end homelessness in the city of La Crosse. Community Development Manager, Mara Keyes, says the city and county have been working in tandem to move it forward, “We meet regularly to take steps towards adding specialized housing capacity in our community. So, this is our first step, launching this request for information. From here, we will use this information to then launch a request for proposals later in the summer with the ARPA dollars that the city has allocated towards addressing homelessness.”
