‘Not doing it anymore’ fumes Kroger shopper as chain ‘refuses’ to open more lanes calling self-checkout ‘horrible idea’ [Video]

KROGER shoppers have given up on the store after waiting in line behind 20 others due to closed registers.

Customers are turning away from the retailer due to long lines.

One shopper on X, formerly known as Twitter, said she couldn’t shop at the store because of the wait times of checkout.

“I don’t like shopping in Kroger,” wrote Dr. Kia Conerway (@drkiaconerway).

“I’ll stick to Instacart only or shop inside The Fresh Market or Whole Foods. Refusing to open cashier lanes and forcing customers to wait 20 to a line for self-checkout is a horrible idea.

“I’m not doing it anymore. You can’t shop bc of the lines.”

Kroger immediately apologized to the customer and asked for more information to rectify the situation.

Dr. Conerway thanked the company for apologizing and sent them a private message.
