Two New Orleans attorneys and one prominent businessman have been indicted in connection with the wide-ranging probe into staged wreck in New Orleans. Vanessa Motta, who owns Vanessa Motta LLC, Jason Giles, one of the owners of the King Firm, and Sean Alfortish, a businessman who is engaged to Motta, have all been charged. A lawyer for Motta confirms he will be releasing a statement Monday. Alfortish will surrender to federal authorities this week, according to sources close to the matter.
