VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – Justin Bryant is still in a coma Wednesday almost one week after he was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle home from work on Friday.
Just before 3 p.m. on Nov. 15, the 43-year-old Navy veteran was riding his motorcycle home from work.
As Bryant was approaching the intersection at Mill Plain Boulevard and Grant Boulevard, a Ford Ranger pulled out of the nearby ARCO parking lot and crossed all three lanes of Mill Plain Boulevard.
Bryant collided with the driver’s side of the truck.
Amanda Larsen, Bryant’s fiancee, said she knew something was wrong when Bryant didn’t arrive home from work at the usual time.
“All of a sudden, I see the firetrucks and the ambulance rushing down Mill Plain [Boulevard] and I just instantly knew that something was wrong,” Larsen said.
