In “My Mother’s Diaries,” virtually no topic is off-limits. The timestamp in Lynn Bonsey’s journal is dated nearly 50 years ago. “I’ve started reading them chronologically now and it’s a whole new experience. Like I’m living – I’m in my 70s living in the ’70s,” Bonsey shared.Bonsey and her daughter Hilary Eyestone are sharing the contents of that journal and nearly 50 others in a podcast. “For years, I would joke with her that I couldn’t wait to exploit her on the internet because she is so funny,” Eyestone said.As its name implies, the episodes feature entries from Bonsey’s diary.
