Plans are afoot to bring more larger lifestyle lots to market in Armstrong Creek after a rush of inquiries from buyers seeking to upsize in the growth corridor.
Developer Jinding is working to release additional acreage style lots in the Harriott at Armstrong Creek next year to meet the high demand.
Construction is about to start on the first of its 12 acreage blocks, ranging from 2812sq m to 7337sq m, which have begun settling on a tract of land overlooking the 500ha Sparrowvale wetlands.
