Tech tycoon Mike Lynch held a garden party at his £6million country mansion to celebrate his court victory just weeks before the tragic sinking of his superyacht.
The multimillionaire businessman held the event in June within days of being cleared of fraud charges in the US over the $11bn (£8.6bn) sale of his software firm.
The get-together was held on the lawn of his rambling 16th-century home in Suffolk after the jury in San Francisco found him not guilty on all counts.
Guests who attended the garden party reportedly included local villagers and friends from the world of business and politics including Tory peer Lord Deben and former deputy prime minister Thérèse Coffey.
