Miles College is responding to the end of its ongoing deal to acquire the Birmingham-Southern College campus.A news release on Monday said the purchase agreement between the two schools expired at 3 p.m.Miles College issued the following statement on Tuesday:”While we are certainly disappointed by the pause in our efforts to acquire the Birmingham-Southern campus, our commitment to growth and expansion remains steadfast.”We will continue to explore every avenue to secure this opportunity in the future.
