LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man who was arrested with a rifle outside a Louisville business on Baxter Avenue three years ago is now facing several felony drug charges in southern Indiana.
Carmon Tussey was arrested Aug. 23 at a home in the 3100 block of Corydon Pike in New Albany after police executed a search warrant, according to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
After searching the home, officers found a gun, along with cash and drugs, including:
- 118 grams of counterfeit Adderall
- 30mg of pressed fentanyl pills
- 17 grams of psychedelic mushrooms
- 16 grams of marijuana
- .28 grams of LSD
- 23 grams of an “unknown white powder”
The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department detailed the arrest on its Facebook page.
