The star who first hit screens as a kid in the 1980s isn’t so little anymore, celebrating his 44th birthday on Aug. 26, 2024 — and raising kids of his own.
After first appearing in The Midnight Hour in 1985, he found fame in 1990’s Home Alone and didn’t stop for a time, working in a rush of movies and series that decade before slowing his career in the 2000s.
He earned a Golden Globe Award nomination for Home Alone — and won an American Comedy Award for his part as enterprising Kevin McCallister, too — accolades that thrust him into the spotlight and onto red carpets throughout the early 1990s.
